    MENTORING SERVICES

Organizational leaders and researchers have noted that undergraduates entering the workforce for the first time typically lack the soft skills required to be successful in the workplace. To fill this gap, our researchers have interviewed a number of leaders to understand the skills necessary to be successful in building a career poised for growth.

With the increased client demand for financial preparation for new college graduates, we are rolling out a new program to equip those entering the workforce with financial literacy. Our team of financial advisors have spent years in the industry and academia and have identified the lack of financial preparation in the area of higher education. Though colleges and universities do not require a course in financial education, all of our undergraduate clients will receive a one-on-one session with our financial experts with their mentorship program. Some of the topics discussed will be 401k planning, real estate investing and saving for their first home.
